Off to bed...early!

Remember in my last post when I said that I'd pay for that Sunday afternoon nap...well I sure did! I couldn't fall asleep, then I laid there for hours with my legs freaking out. I think it's that restless leg syndrome...pretty much stinks! I finally fell asleep around 4:30 in the morning and slept until about 9:00. I got up and took a shower....which by the way I can now take a shower in record time. I'd like to say that it's all for water conservation, but it's really just a race to do everything quickly before the water turns to ice. :o) Then my sister Coleen came and picked me up and we went to McDonald's for lunch with 3 little kids under the age of 5. With it being a holiday McDonald's was crazy packed with kids. Serious chaos! Funny part is that she knew I've been under a lot of stress and she wanted to help with that. I had to laugh as I thanked her for that lovely 2 hour attempt at relieving my stress. LOL! Love you Coleen!
Off to bed and look forward to being refreshed for a brand new day!

How come we can't sleep when we have babies and our bodies won't let us sleep when they are old enough and sleeping?
I must say your bed looks so cozy it almost made me fall asleep at my computer...such warm colors...I love it.

Oh, I've heard of RLS....they say it's very annoying. You can get rx's for it now.

Beautiful bedroom. Love the colors. One of my goals this year is to paint some of the rooms--something besides "white".

Hope you got some zzzz.

Take care

Such a pretty bedroom...cozy and warm. Looks so inviting. I hope you got that sleep. O too have been suffering from insomnia for awhile and do not get enough sleep. : ( The older I get, the worse it gets. My legs do that at times and it is awful!
McDonald's is never quiet but I bet it tool your mind off your worries! You could not think straight in there! Grace loved it for the first 2 years in America but now likes other places for which I am grateful! *laugh*
Take care of yourself dear Jolene.
Love and hugs,
Sue

Love the bedroom furniture (my coffee table and sofa table in the living room look similar to that wood and rustic detail)!! And, my dream in my next house is to have a wine chiller in the bedroom (or a refrigerator if I have to settle :)

P.S. his box was mailed today - should be there in 2 or 3 days. Can't wait to see what he tells you when he gets it !

I do love the bed. This sleep thing can be so hard. I have a hard time calming my mind down enough to fall alseep sometimes. Now that Reilly is actually starting to sleep through the night, I need to relearn how to do it too. I find that I keep on waking up anyway. Hoping we all adjust and quickly. I could so use some good sleep.

I love your bedroom Jolene. It's so warm and pretty. Too funny about the McDonalds de-stresser.
