New name badge

I've been using the same name badge for convention the past couple of years so I decided to freshen it up a bit with a new look. The old one is on the left and the blue one is the new one I made. I think it's simple, but really cute. I'm so in love with the Emily QK font. This thing comes in so handy for carrying my class tickets, money and ID. I LOVE IT! CK Convention is only 2 weeks away! yippee! :o)

Hi Jolene, Love the new badge, I like simple and love blue! Interesting you have the Emily font, I've been wanting to know what size the letters come out as. Could you give me an idea please. They look a decent size on the badge but then I'm not sure how big your badge is! I envy you getting to go to the conventions, wish I lived in the US! Have fun and enjoy!

OK, that is just awesome! And now I've got to make myself a name badge! I am teaching at the CK Convention in May and definitely need a pretty badge like that! Mine will be Pink and Brown tho! ;)

How adorable! Will have to keep this in mind if I get registered for CKU in Boston.

Thanks girls! I'm real happy with it. Pam...I almost did it in pink and brown. :o) Rhona...the upcase letter J is just over 1 1/2" and the lowercase letters are about 1". It really is a beautiful font. I wish you could live here too and attend all the fun things.

Thanks for the reply Jolene, think I might just have to look out for that font!

Cute name badge...

I am going to the convention next weekend and have never been before. Is the name tag a popular thing to do. I like the idea of having something to carry my stuff around in. Also, what basic supplies do you usually bring and is the only "bag" you can carry in a tote? Am I asking too many questions? :-D
Thanks.
